  • Always dilute your essential oils when applying topically

  • Less oils, more often is better than using a lot of oil at once


How much should you dilute your essential oils?

This often depends on many factors:

  • Age 👶🧒👧👨👵

  • Health of the individual 🤒

  • Purpose of use,

  • Whether they are using medications 💊 or vitamins, etc. .

How to use this chart:

  • The drops 💧 are essential oils

  • The size of the bottle being used (we recommend glass or metal) is at the bottom

  • You would fill it with a carrier oil of your choosing then add essential oils using this chart to get your proper dilution ratio.
