Ep. 68: Waning Moon Wisdom with Aromatherapy Under the Full Moon - part 2

Discover the art of working with moon energy. This is a two-part series where this episode will go over the second half of the moon cycle. Listen to Part 1 AromaLunar Insights With Navigating The New Moon Glow.
In this episode Nikki shares with Rachael how she works with the moon from Full Moon up until Waning Crescent.
She also goes over some go-to rituals and activities which include; fear releases (dissolving paper, burning notes, etc) and forgiveness ceremonies such as cord-cutting and ho'oponopono (I Love You, I'm Sorry, Forgive Me, Thank You).
Full Moon
It’s time to celebrate. The moon in its fullness. The energy is high, energizing, uplifting. It can bring light and clarity into the darkness.
Your intentions are materializing. It’s time to be thankful for what you have, and what you’ve achieved. Celebrate achievement, write our gratitude lists, take some time to be happy.
Time to reflect back also, is there anyone that needs forgiveness, any situations that you can let go of. Let go of what isn’t serving you, and replace it with gratitude. Really focus on being grateful, bring in that vibration.
Waning gibbous/Disseminating
We are now in the phase for reflection, just breathe, you’ve earned a small break after all the hard work. The light of the moon starts to diminish, and your confidence in yourself might as well in this phase. The high intensity of the full moon can cause a slump in our energy.
Time to regroup, look back on your intentions and actions and see what worked well, and what you can change for next time. How can you pivot if you need to. What could you have done differently?
Third quarter
We see the half moon again in the sky, but now we see the left side of the moon as it gets closer to the new moon. We are 7-10.5 days after the full moon.
Start to look internally as to what needs to change, adjust, let go of, clearing out the old, and what isn’t serving us. Give yourself a hug for all you’ve accomplished.
Reflect on what blocks are holding you back.
Don’t play the blame game, but look into yourself, what is happening internally that isn’t serving you. What are your limiting beliefs? What bad habits do you want to break free of? We want to start clearing space for the new moon that’s just around the corner.
Waning crescent/balsamic moon phase
We are coming close to the new moon again, the moon is coming too becoming smaller and smaller in the sky. Clearing out what is cluttering and don't need anyone to make room for new again with the new moon around the corner.
Don’t be afraid to let go! It’s time to release, cleanse, clear out and bring to an end what isn’t serving you.
Some essential oils to use in this half of the moon phase include oils for letting go, clearing energy, and grounding.
Frankincense
Cedarwood
Peppermint
Juniper berry
Lavender
Firs
